We ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states. We do not ship ground to Alaska and Hawaii. Also, we do not ship to Canada. Not all products can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, please call us to check. Sales Tax is applicable for shipping addresses in IN, KY, OH, TN, FL, MI and WA. All prices, shipping charges and tax amounts are shown in US dollars. Payment is by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) in US dollars. Do not use a debit card. Normally, order processing begins the next business day after the order is received. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered business days. Shipment will occur as noted in "Shipping Methods" below. Allow up to two weeks for delivery. If you plan to order online, the shipping methods and charges will be displayed in the check out process. Online orders do not ship by U.S. Mail. If you must ship to a P.O. box please call us to place your order. Selecting Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping method does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days after you place it. Air shipping on a website order means that your order will arrive in one or two days after we ship it. If you truly need expedited shipping and delivery then place your order by phone, 1-866-247-6937 and we will make every effort to meet your time frame. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must go by Air. The shipping method must be the same for all items on the same order. After you select a specific product from a list of items, look for messages in red at the bottom of the Product Detail page. These messages will give you reasons why your shipping method choices may be restricted. No red message indicates no restrictions apply, or no item measurement data is available. |
- Returns of products purchased online will not be accepted by our retailers, distributors or service centers.
CH accepts product returns within 30 days of purchase. Follow these steps for a product return: - Call CH for a RGA (returned goods authorization):
800-543-6400 for air compressors and air tools 800-330-0712 for airless and HVLP paint sprayers, pressure washers and welders. - Note: There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund. We will refund the product purchase without any restocking fee if you have received a damaged or defective product.
- Pack the item in original packaging with the packing slip included.
- Write the RGA number on the outside of the carton (in multiple locations if possible)
- Note: CH does not pay for shipment for any product returns; this is the customer’s responsibility. CH does not refund shipping and handling from the original order.
- Ship the item back to the original location. For example, if you received it from our Leitchfield, KY facility, ship it back to that location.
- Items that are not in original condition may only receive a partial refund.
- You will receive credit for your return after the product is received back at CH.
